Why we’re participating

The Battlegreen Run is a community fundraiser benefiting local nonprofit organizations. LexSEPTA is Lexington’s Special Education Parent Teacher Association, connecting and supporting families of children with disabilities and special education needs.

Our fundraising priorities include:

• Parent education: bringing in speakers to help families understand special education and support their children.
• Our resource fair: helping families connect with service providers and community supports.

Choose your way to participate

Runs & walks start at 12:15 PM:

• 2K walk (approximately 1.2 miles)
• 5K walk or run
• Almost-10K run

Kids Fun Run — 11:15 AM
Held on the indoor track.

You don’t need to be a runner—or have a child receiving special education services—to join our team. Friends, neighbors, educators, and extended family are welcome.
